Business Incubation: The Case of Valle Viver Organic
Abstract
Business incubators are of great importance in fostering entrepreneurship, providing
infrastructure, training to experiment with ideas and training entrepreneurs. This study aimed to
report the stages of the incubation process of the company Valle Viver Organic in the ISA incubator
of IF- Sertão Pernambucano, campus Petrolina Zona Rural, from conception to the market. The
methodology used was the case study, with the documentary analysis having as object of analysis,
the company Valle Viver Organic. The research concluded that the following steps were taken:
idealization of the company, familiarization with the operation of the Incubator, elaboration of the
business plan, defense of the idea, approval, signature of the term, training, qualification, company
exposure, formation of networks and insertion in the market. It should be noted that the results can
be a stimulus for new incubators and a reference for comparison with models or processes used in
other incubators.
