Historical records show that medicinal plants were used by several people, one of those the Zingiber officinal also known as ginger, found in tropical forests, and native of Southeast Asia. Ginger is a spice widely used to relieve symptoms such as inflammation, arthritis and gastrointestinal discomfort.
