PROPOSAL FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION ON A MANUFACTURER OF SCHOOL ERASERS
The study of industrial automation concepts is increasingly necessary in the companies concerned to improve their productivity, directly influencing the reduction of production costs. As technologies related to industrial robotics are more affordable, their proper use makes the process get better quality and greater flexibility, agility acquiring response to market needs. And with more efficient equipment also occurs a reduction of ergonomic risks of the tasks that still require human labor. This paper aims to propose a automation of production lines of a manufacturer of school, through the creation of a robotic cell for the packing operation. The cell will consist of a robot manipulator, vibratory feeder and carimbador for high-definition inkjet. In a general context, seeks to show the benefits that the automation deployment at specific points of the process will bring to the company, along with the replacement of the current stamping method. Thus, the proposals point to improvements in production, increased productivity, greater flexibility and speed of response to market needs, and even reducing the cost of manufacture of erasers.
