TECHNOLOGY INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP (SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE) QUALITY INDUSTRIAL HONEY CHAIN CONTROL
Abstract
This work presents the intellectual properties resulting from the development of technological support, which includes hardware and software, called BIPP (Intelligent Block of the Production Process), developed with functionalities that guarantee the registration of data and natural characteristics of the productive process of the honey chain, together with the ability to process information about the indicators that influence its quality, such as honey color, relative air humidity, honey moisture, ambient temperature, storage temperature and the presence of HMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural). Therefore, this paper documents the descriptions, as well as the impacts of such technologies, in order to demonstrate the importance of Big Data processing in the management of the production chain and, especially, to predict the imminence of risk factors during the production of said food. The intellectual property registries were solicited at INPI - National Institute of Intellectual Property.
