STUDY OF TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EXPANDER IN AN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF SOYBEAN OIL
Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the technical feasibility of the installation of equipment in an industry of extracting soybean oil, in order to increase the productivity of the same. During the study are presented the characteristics of the raw materials involved, as well as the processes involved in the production of soybean oil. We attempted to verify the possibility, or not, of the expander in company facility without causing future problems related to the incompatibility of the facilities to the needs of the equipment after the acquisition thereof by analyzing the necessary aspects of its application in the operating environment . This study also presents a bibliographic analysis with survey data of the costs involved and the possible profit that the equipment increases the process of extraction of soybean oil. With the development of this work we found that through an investment of R $ 227,960.00 in equipment and R $ 14,300.00 in related facilities, totaling R $ 242,260.00, it is possible to increase the monthly income of the processing plant soybean oil R $ 206,565.28. Thus considered technically feasible to install the equipment, is required in the future to perform the analysis of the economic viability of the equipment.
