SOCIAL TECHNOLOGY AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
This article aims to build the concept of Social Technologies (TS) based on existing ideas in doctrine and law, given that there is still no consensus among scholars on the subject of the ideal conception of the subject. In addition, it intends to discuss the importance of TS for Social Development, while that through them you can also progress in social inclusion. It is also of this study aim to promote the regulation of TS and discuss current legislation that deals with these and the Bills that pass in order to provide greater legal certainty for those who engage in the development of TS. Therefore, we used the bibliographic research and analysis of scientific papers, information obtained in institutional sites, study the legislation on the subject, as well as personal views on the subject, fruits innovative discussions on a current topic. It was concluded that the TS has great potential to promote national development in order to contribute to social inclusion, for the promotion of scientific research and the Union University with society. Moreover, it was found that the state's role as public policy developers involving the TS is critical, so that they have placed their effectiveness in practice.
