Abstract
After an investigation and exploration of studies, concepts, theories, it is intended by means of this
article to conceptualize information regarding self-regulated learning and academic stress within an
academic framework. Taking as relevant points self-regulated learning in the educational context and
its dimensions and academic stress in an educational context and its moments or phases and, finally,
self-regulated learning and academic stress in university students.
