Averigou-if as a result the dynamic capabilities are composed by the following elements: vision for innovation; flexibility of human resources; integration with suppliers, customers, partner companies and other allies; entrepreneurial orientation and for the client; knowledge management capacity and organizational capacity. It was also observed that the relationship between dynamic capability and product innovation is mediated by new product development strategies and new product development practices. From this discussion, we propose a framework in order to guide future studies that address these elements.
