QUALITY EVALUATION OF E-LEARNING: USE OF FUZZY SERVQUAL
Abstract
Thus, improvement and flow of information, providing greater employee commitment and encourages creativity. This paper aimed to evaluate the quality of e-learning in a company that uses it as a training tool for its employees. For this, SERVQUAL scale was used integrated to fuzzy sets theory (FSERVQUAL). A survey instrument was developed and validated (expected versus perception), with six criteria and twenty-two sub-criteria. Therefore, the results showed that, in general, there are gaps that can be improved, especially regarding instructor behavioral attitudes. It is expected in this way to help to improve e-learning that is used in the company, and thus having more motivated employees to do their jobs.
