PRACTICES IN INDUSTRY CCQ AGRIBUSINESS INTERNATIONAL REFERENCE: A SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE
Abstract
Given the wide range of products available to consumers, quality is a decisive factor when making
a purchase. Faced with this competition, organizations are betting on the participation of its
employees for improvements in processes and products, as well as problems that arise in the
organizational environment, making use of methodologies such as the Quality Control Circle
(QCC). This work aims to identify and analyze the practices of CCK in a agribusiness company,
which is an international benchmark in its segment. The work is characterized as a case study,
exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and qualitative. The main results of this research could be
defined step by step practices, as well as a history of groups and QCC projects implemented in the
company from 1982 to the present day, as well as identifying the deployment methodology helped
the development of work providing opportunities for staff to improve organizational outcomes at all
levels.
