POLÍTICA INDUSTRIAL NO ESTADO DE SERGIPE NO SETOR DE BIOTECNOLOGIA: O Caso BioMudaSe
Abstract
The beginning of the Industrial policy in Brazil occured practically in 1950 during the Government Getulio Vargas and has continued during years with Government Juscelino Kubitschek. The work had as main objective to identify the impact of the seedling production, known as BioMudaSe, Biofactory of the Government of Sergipe funded in order to promote the development of the biotechnology sector in the State. Inaugurated in 2010 at the Tecnhological Park - SergipeTec it is resulted from the Structuring Project for the Science Development, Technology and Innovation of the State approved by the Brazilian Innovation Agency (FINEP) with support of the State Government Sergipe and others finantial agencies. The methodology used was descriptive and qualitative approach with interviews, using the method of study of BioMudaSe’s case.
