ÓLEO ESSENCIAL DE Schinus terebinthifolius Raddi COMO CONTROLE ALTERNATIVO DE Colletothrichum gloeosporioides e Lasiodiplodia theobromae, FUNGOS FITOPATOGÊNICOS DE PÓS-COLHEITA
Schinus terebinthifolius is present in Brazilian coastal regions whose therapeutic importance is due to the presence of the essential oil, its properties anarcadiaceae comes in order to find new compounds for use in the control of pests and diseases being studied. The objective of this study was to analyze the chemical composition and test the antifungal activity of the oil of S. terebinthifolius in controlling pathogens Colletothrichum gloeosporioides Penz and Lasiodiplodia theobromae (Patouillard) Griffon & Maublanc, the actions in vitro of different concentrations on mycelial growth pathogen. The essential oil of four different materials S. terebinthifolius, dry leaves (FS), fresh leaves (FF), green seeds (SV) and mature seeds (SM), were obtained by hydro-distillation. The oils were tested at different concentrations and evaluated over time, in order to compare their performances like antifungal. The experimental design was randomized and the experiment in split plot. Assessments were made at intervals of hours measuring the mycelial growth in centimeters, by diameter of the colonies and the results expressed as percentage of inhibition. The oil from the seeds and green mature seeds showed the highest percentage in compound limonene, while the fresh and dry leaves compound δ-3-carene. In antifungal test the pathogens both L. theobromae, C. gloeosporioides, as shown sensibility to essential oils, with the highest observed in the green seed oil with 100% fungal inhibition, which proves the effectiveness of antifungal activity of S. terebinthifolius oil.
