KONOWLEDGE: FACTOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Increasingly, create useful to act in a position of competitive advantage, oriented organizational development and enhancing human capital demonstrat knowledge has become an effective strategy. This article aims to show the importance of knowledge for development organizations in general in scope with emphasis on communities of practice. This knowledge is derived from interactions developed in the learning processes that occur in the organizational environment. For this, we performed a theoretical, descriptive study, which has a policy of bibliographic research.
Thus, as a result of this study presents evidence that there are few results reported on financial returns and benefits of investments in human intellectual capital for organizations. But knowledge adds value to the organization by increasing the value of intellectual capital literatures about knowledge and organizational development consider the key factor to improve the systems in strategic intellectual capital. I Emphasize that this contribution may instigate increasingly knowledge creation and recognition of human and organizational development factor.
