INNOVATION TECHNOLOGICAL CONFIGURATION IN THE FORENSICS SERVICES
Abstract
This study was to evaluate the innovation of a state public service from the electronic system deployment for making expert opinions of forensic services. It is a descriptive exploratory study, with data collection based on the Oslo Manual and the Indicators and Metrics project of e-services evaluation. The results showed improvement in productivity, quality, performance and cost savings to the internal user of the service. In conclusion, guided the innovations included in the researched public sector were perceived by servers and demonstrated relation to efficiency, effectiveness. It is noticed that the study advances in the diagnosis and analysis of innovative systems in the public sector and suggested to reuse the research instrument designed to compare results and indicate further improvements in the instrument. In addition, this document is a guide for managers in the public organization discover possible obstacles, identifying driving forces to accelerate the innovation process.
