INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN COMPANIES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION IN THE STATE OF BAHIA
Abstract
This article brings to discussion, reflections about the understanding of innovation
management in companies of information and communication technology (ICT) which ones in many approaches do not take into consideration the specific region and market where they
operate, as well as the direct relationship with the processes of the innovation. The research
was qualitative and by the point of view of its nature it is considered applied. Also is
characterized as descriptive. The overall objective of the study was to analyze the process of
innovation management in business and information technology (ICT) of informatics nucleus
from Ilhéus, Bahia state. The work ends up pointing out that to face the market challenges,
companies from informatic nucleus must innovate their processes continuously, by acquiring
new organizational knowledge for an entrepreneurial and innovative approach with the
market, maintenance and expansion of these actions are fundamental to the further
strengthening of companies (TICs) in Bahia.
