Innovation and Entrepreneurial Education with the Role-Play Model in Higher Education
Abstract
Entrepreneurial education in higher education institutions is one of the great challenges of teaching
that longs for revolutionary pedagogical projects and for the applicability of innovative didactic
modalities in the training process of future entrepreneurs. Role-play (role playing) can be
highlighted as one of the guiding modalities that allow an effective learning process in
entrepreneurial universities. The objective of the article was to verify, through the application of a
Focus Group, which perceptions about individual feelings and learning were developed in the
student experience of the entrepreneurial role-play in line with the conceptual approach of the
cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Regarding the methodology, the research is
characterized as quali-quantitative in relation to the nature of the data. The collection was
performed using a Focus Group, consisting of a group interview to survey their perceptions. The
results show satisfactory expressions of student perceptions in the development of aspects of the
affective, cognitive and psychomotor domain, serving as subsidies for new research on the theme of
entrepreneurial education.
