ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE: A STUDY IDENTIFYING THE MAIN CONSTRUCTS
This study aimed to identify the main constructs developed in the Thesis and Dissertations of Stricto Sensu Graduate Programs, which involve the theme on electronic governance in Brazil. A descriptive research was carried out, such as an integrative review guided by the question: What are the main constructs developed in the products of the masters and doctorates that make up the studies on electronic governance in Brazil? The bibliographic survey was carried out in the CAPES and IBICT journals database, using the term electronic governance in theses and dissertations published between 2000 and 2015. The study was divided into four stages: selection of the guiding question for the elaboration of the Integrative review; Definition of the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the bibliographic bases; Presentation of the results: to relate the publications found, definition of the information to be extracted from the publications found; And conclusion. The study included the publication of 02 theses and 13 dissertations in the period, with a considerable increase from 2010. Most of the studies were qualitative with the use of interviews, however, there were a considerable number of studies with mixed methods. As results, several constructs involving electronic governance emerged, highlighting the interaction between government and citizen, accountability, transparency, citizen participation, democracy, service mechanisms, information technologies, reduction of transaction costs, reduction of informational asymmetry , Quality service and information mechanisms. It is concluded that the subject was little explored in Brazil, with this, it is possible to expand the research in several areas and segments as suggested by previous studies.
