DEVELOPMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE INNOVATION IN A CONFECTION MICROBUSINESS LOCATED IN CAMPINA GRANDE – PB
Abstract
Front of the intense competition, the development of innovations in the clothing sector may be
considered as a means for companies guarantee the survival in the market. In this context, the present studies aims to verify the processes of development and adoption of innovation in a
microbusiness of confections masculine infant, located in Campina Grande, Paraíba, showing the
stages of development and adoption of innovation. For that, was adopted a descriptive and
qualitative research, conducted through bibliographical research, informal interview and nonparticipant
observation. The results indicate that the innovation developed in products led the
company to achieve favorable results, both in terms of brand positioning, as the increase in billing.
