CONTROLLING AS A TOOL FOR ANALYSIS OF FEASIBILITY OF INVESTMENT CASE OF MEDICAL COOPERATIVE
Abstract
The investments are vital to balance the economy of a country, as well as for the continuity and
survival of organizations, however, it is necessary to identify and analyze the factors that may
influence the development and deployment of an enterprise. Thus, to invest in new businesses or
even improve existing becomes important to identify and analyze the facts that can influence their economic and financial viability. In this context, this study aimed to develop a study to evaluate the
controller as a fundamental tool to guide the decision making of managers and hospital clinical
institutions, regarding the investment analysis, in contrast to its viability and its return. The
research assumed an exploratory and descriptive, quantitative approach, estimating the feasibility
of the transformation of a medical clinic in a hospital (or private philanthropy), the subject of a
cooperative study of medical services. Finally, the results demonstrated the full investment
feasibility of expanding the medical clinic in a hospital, this being private or philanthropic.
