To achieve the overall goal were outlined specific goals, applying the questionnaire developed by Cohen (2005) in five companies who left the Rede Super Útil in the past two years, seeking to identify how each of the steps of the process of change happens in studied network and what steps the process of organizational change suffer greater risk. The quantitative survey data was possible through the application of a structured quantitative questionnaire proposed by Cohen (2005), called The Change Readiness Assessment, which identifies where are the risks and potential threats arising from a process of change in structured eight steps. The results obtained from the questionnaire demonstrated the proposed weakness in the network studied in relation to changing processes.
