ANALYSIS OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES OF A SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY
Abstract
Is meant by quality of work life offered to the situation inserted into a convenient desktop worker.
This environment must not only be good for people, but also to the economic health of the company. The objective of this study is to analyze the quality of work life (QWL) and employee satisfaction in
a service company. To achieve this goal, it was used as a methodology, proposed by Couto (2003),
where 35 employees representing 69% of the universe of company employees interviewed
questionnaire. The results showed that employees have a good level of satisfaction in the
organization in which they work, but some aspects still need to be improved to further improve the
work environment in which they are part.
