ACESSIBILIDADE DIGITAL EM AMBIENTES VIRTUAIS DE APRENDIZAGEM ACCESSIBILITY IN DIGITAL VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
Abstract
We are moving from a model of industrial society to an information society model, which is
characterized by globalization of economy, culture, the emergence of new sectors of work,
interaction and interdependence of technologies, one of the most significant elements society
revolve around Information Technology and Communication.
The incorporation of these resources in education, has facilitated access to information, leisure and
learning. For technologies that are elements of social inclusion and professional, need to be
accessible. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the incorporation of digital accessibility in
virtual learning environments for people with partial or total visual impairments can follow
distance courses, participating actively in shaping their own learning.
